Vending at the Pedaler's Jamboree

 

 

We are currently accepting vendor applications for the 2025 Pedaler's Jamboree event! To help cover our expanded event budget we are once again charging a 15% of gross vendor fee.  We will be sticking with the same number of vendors.

We are preparing for over 3,000 bicyclists and hundreds of non-cyclist festival goers at Kemper Park for this year's Pedaler's Jamboree. With participants arriving from early afternoon to dusk, Kemper Park will be bustling with people and activity.  The park will be sectioned off into music, camping, and a series of big tents filled with food, beer, and booths for charities and local and national businesses. Vendors are required collect and remit Boonville sales tax (8.225%) after the event


Boonville does not require a business license this year!

Food vendors may be subject to inspection sometime during the event at Kemper Park by the Cooper County Public Health Center. Inspections are conducted using the Missouri Food Code. To view a copy of the Cooper County Public Health Center brochure click here. Brochure contains the City of Boonville food handler ordinance and information about our classes including an online option. Our classes are free and the online course is $15.

All vendors must obtain proper permits and licenses from the Cooper County Health Department for inspections and permits for food safety.  For the City, the contact person is Brenda O’Bryan at (660) 882-2332 and for the Cooper County Health Department, the contact person is Tom White at (660) 882-2626.  

Vending in Rocheport

Rocheport - Since Rocheport is in Boone County you will need to have a permit from the Boone County Health Department (same as vending in Columbia). - Visit this website for Food Establishment Operating Permit Information. With questions on this permit contact: Chris @ 573-874-7679 -

There is a $25 vendor permit fee for vending in Rocheport. The Pedaler’s Jamboree will apply for all vendor permits and pay all fees with the city. At the conclusion of the event you can reimburse the festival for the permit which we will be bringing with us to the event. Please let us know in advance if you have to cancel so we can avoid this fee.


Space is Limited:
Booth space is available upon reservation. Limited opportunities will be made available for each type of business. Don't delay if you are interested in exploring the option of getting a space reserved.

Booth Benefits:

What you need to bring:

  • Items to sell or services to perform

  • Stuff to give away (stickers, water bottles, t-shirts, etc.)

  • Any tables, chairs, display items necessary for your booth (Or we can rent them for you and charge only our cost if you'd like.)

  • SMILES!

- Application and Agreement for Use of Exhibit Space

Applicant (hereinafter described) hereby applies for exhibit space at the Pedaler’s Jamboree. This application hall become an agreement between applicant and Off Track Events for the said space under the following terms and conditions. Exhibit fees will include space rental, and two exhibitor credentials per 10 X 10 space. Applicant should let us know if they need electricity or special requests to set up in a designated outdoor area. Upon payment all applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions. Location will be assigned upon check-in starting Saturday morning (May 28th) at 10 am. There are a limited number of available vendor booth for each type of business. We will contact you and refund your application if your business demographic has already been filled.

Terms and Conditions for Exhibit Space Reservation Procedures
NO telephone reservations will be accepted and there are NO GUARANTEED reservations without payment. You must complete the application and forward it to us with full payment to reserve a space. No booth space will be assigned until full payment is received. Upon acceptance of your application, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Spaces will be on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. (No exceptions)

Exhibitor Passes
There will be two non-rider Kemper Park music festival passes given per space reserved. You will receive your passes at check-in. Additional passes can be purchased at this time for $5 each

Cancellation Policy
30-15 Days before event – Full Refund * 14-5 Days before event - $25 Fee Per Space * 4-0 Days prior – No Refund

Set Up and Tear Down Policy
Set up time: Saturday 10:00AM – 1:00PM * Tear down time: Saturday 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM * Sunday morning vendors set up time: 5:00 am

Merchandise Restrictions
Off Track Events management has the exclusive right to display, license all sell Pedaler’s Jamboree trademarked merchandise. Off Track Events management further reserves the right to inspect, approve, reject, or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Off Track Events management must be immediately removed from the event premises and may be removed by Off Track Events management if this does not occur. Illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia, weapons, merchandise containing racial slurs, copyright infringements, obscenities or other offensive or other detrimental matter will not be permitted. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use event name, trademarks, etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. Please contact us if you are interested in working with Off Track Events to produce and sell Pedaler’s Jamboree merchandise (573-228-7476).

Release of Liability
Applicant agrees to observe and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations. Applicant assumes all costs and liability arising from the use of patented, trademarked, copyrighted, or service marked materials, equipment, processes or creative rights. Off Track Events management reserves the right to terminate the license granted by this agreement for good cause, and in said event, Applicant agrees to waive and forego all claims for damages and recourse of any kind. Applicant agrees to assume all risks arising out of or relating to its attendance or participation at said event and to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Off Track Events management and the city of Boonville and all volunteers, contractors, and employees from any and all liability, loss, damage or expense it may cause or sustain from any cause whatsoever, including fire, theft, personal injury, or property loss.
