NEW FOR 2025

In order to keep the Pedaler’s Jamboree the best experience possible, we have decided to decrease the number of participants that attend the event. We know that the trail has been getting more crowded over the last couple of years, and we want to make sure that the trail isn’t over capacity and that riders are safe along their Jamboree adventures. In the past, we have had a maximum of 2,500 rider tickets available. In 2024, there were a combined 2,200 riders on the trail (weekend riders plus trailside pass holders). The 2025 ride will have a maximum cap of 2000 riders. There will be 1,750 weekend rider tickets available and 250 trailside pass tickets available. Due to the decrease in available tickets, we are estimating that the event will sell out early. If this is the case, there will not be tickets available at the event. We recommend that you reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot.

To help us keep the high level of production value at the event with a smaller number of participants and rising expenses, we are restructuring our ticketing fees. We know that these ticket prices may be higher than some of you are used to paying. However, weekend rider pass holders will now get free entry to the Friday night party. a free Sunday pancake breakfast voucher, and other bonus items, so some of you may end up paying less than you are used to paying.

Purchase tickets early risk free! If you order your tickets before the event and later are unable to make the festival, we offer a 100% refund guarantee up until May 10th, when we mail out rider packets. Just drop us an email if you need to cancel your tickets for any reason. The canceled tickets will then become available for new registrations.

Trailside usage fees charged by Columbia Parks and Rec and Missouri State Parks as well as the credit card processing fees are included in the ticket price. Rider packet postage is also included in ticket fee. Tickets will be available for purchase starting on January 1, 2025.
